You will discover our drying room and museum with our audio guide available in 4 languages (Spanish, English, French and German). Duration: approx. 45 minutes. You will also enjoy a tasting of our award-winning gourmet Vallejo ham accompanied by a drink or glass of wine. It also includes 4 envelopes of 100 grams in book format with the different parts of the same ham with their tasting notes, this way you will be able to appreciate the different ham flavors.
